Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in business administration and operations.
• Coordinate/communicate with clients & vendors for reporting tallying check & business-related matter.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly reporting package, reconciliation & analysis.
• Timely submission for all weekly, monthly reporting to clients.
• Keep Tracking & documented client's details and related information.
• To undertake other related jobs from time to time directed by superior.

Requirement: -

• Working Location in KL Sentral
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business & Accountancy or equivalent. (*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Required Skill(s): Accounting & well versed in computer applications mainly Microsoft word, Excel.
• Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin (mandarin preferred as role required to deal with the mandarin speaking clients)
• Preferably Entry level Specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Able to manage variety of tasks, fast learner, good time management, strong sense of self -responsibly and detailed oriented.
