Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
- Knowledge of all accounting procedures and principles.
- Handle full sets of accounts and be responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports, and other financial matters.
- Handle internal finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and perform accounts reconciliations.
- Handle data entry and responsible for day-to-day accounting recording function.
- Validate and record all transactions in the oracle system for the accounts payable to the suppliers in a correct and timely manner.
- Follow strict internal controls over the disbursement process. This includes all payments on invoices, utilities, purchase orders, fund request or cash advance request.
- Perform payment processing activities such as preparing banking transactions (online and/or manual).
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure receipts are agreed to the sales amount.
- Support audit and corporate tax submissions such as preparing audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
