Job Description:-
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and learning resources, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and academic standards.
- Utilize effective teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Design and administer assessments, examinations, and assignments to evaluate students' progress and knowledge.
- Grade students' work promptly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic performance.
- Ensure curriculum are in line with Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) requirement.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees to contribute to the college's overall academic goals.
