Accounting Trainer

-Conduct both in-house and on-site training programs on Accounting Systems with both internal and external platforms.-Analyzing learning needs and formulating training strategies.-Design curriculum, develop training material and executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment.-Analyzes and reviews training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted.-Handle full spectrum of training administration and liaison with internal and external training partners/customers.-Assist to carry out end to end support towards Info-Tech Accounting Software Support if necessary.-Conduct enhancement trainings to clients.-Perform User Assessment Test from user’s perspective.-Other duties and projects as assigned. -Strong background and expertise as an Accountant or Finance Executive while also having in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple accounting software.-Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment, IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, have passion for people development with a flair for training.-Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude, strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.-Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment-Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
