Responsibilities:
· To be responsible for all administration and clerical duties.
· To support basic accounts scope
· To ensure the proper filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, quotations, reports, faxes.
· To control on the use of office equipment such as telephone, computer, photostat and facsimile machines, calculator, etc. and stationeries.
· To obtain and monitor all insurance requirements for workmen compensation, buildings, equipment, machineries, stocks, vehicles, etc.
· To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management from time to time
· Perform inter-department co-ordination duties
· To Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
· Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff

Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/ “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
· Candidate with knowledge and experience on Finance and Accounting added advantages
· Able to communicate in English & Mandarin, effectively and professionally
· At least 2 years’ working experience in the related field
· Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
