Accounts / Admin Assistant - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks for daily office operations. 
• Assist in keeping a full set accounts and other tasks assigned.
• Issuance of Invoices and monitoring trade debtors.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Accountancy/Finance/Administration or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with good learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Those without necessary qualifications but with at least 1 year of relevant work experience can also apply. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English; the ability to write, speak, and read in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
