Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL accounting systems to record, track, and reconcile client payments and invoices.
- Monitor client accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain clear and professional communication.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide support in general administrative tasks, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with record-keeping and documentation for financial and administrative purposes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoicing and payment tracking.
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage resellers order, from invoicing to following up with fulfilment team and arranging delivery.
- Assist with any ad hoc issues or escalation that arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in accounts and administrative roles, with hands-on experience in SQL accounting systems.
- Solid understanding of invoicing procedures, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client communication.
- Organized multitasker capable of managing various responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
