Tasks & Responsibilities
- To provide general administrative and operations support.
- General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection and vendor communication.
- Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors statements.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
Requirements & Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Pre-U/ Diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experiences in a similar position.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.
