Responsibilities:
The candidate will assume the role of Accounts and Admin Executive and will report to the Reporting Manager, or as they designate.
 

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a daily routine of accounting operations including accounts payables (AR) & accounts receivables (AP), bank reconciliation, petty cash administration, staff claims, and be involved in the weekly and monthly financial close activities and other finance-related matters.
  • Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinating with banks, auditors and tax agents, etc. during financial audits and providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Monitoring cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs
  • Handle petty cash and claims.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
  • Responsible for administration of general office and company accommodation support duties i.e.coordinate and organize appointments/meetings schedules/conferences, prepare meeting
    minutes and business travel arrangements for employees and guests
  • Receiving incoming calls, emails, and queries and routing correspondence appropriately
  • Assist and support to HR; i.e. arrange employee welfare.
  • Maintain proper, systematic, and complete filling and documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, employees, clients, and guests.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above in LCCI / Accounting / Finance / Business Administrative, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Honest and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hardworking and willing to learn; able to analyze and solve problems independently.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Proficiency in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in English, and Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Ability to commence work within short notice preferred.
