Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain billing work process ,plan and flow.
- Resolving billings errors, differences and discrepancies.
- Responds to inquiries from customer and internal department concern.
- Perform pending & unbilled transactions with follow up action plan.
- Upload invoices / submit invoice timely to avoid any delay in payment.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate
- Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
