Accounts Assistant - Hiring Now

General responsibilities:

1. Outdoor Trips Coordination:

• Manage all documentation related to outdoor trips, including purchase requisition form (PRF), costing sheet, cash advance and claim form (if needed). 
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure the timely and seamless submission of trip-related documentation to the finance department.
• Liaise with vendors to arrange transportation, accommodations, and other necessary services for each trip.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding trip details, including schedules, costs, and safety measures.
• Finalise costing sheets for each trip, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee logistical aspects of outdoor trips, including participant registration, equipment rental, and emergency procedures.

1. Accounts Payable:

• Process invoices, expense reports, and other accounts payable documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements, ensuring all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
