Accounts Assistant - Innovative Company

Job scope

- Handle full set of accounts for clients, including AR, AP, GL, Stocks, Bank reconciliation, SST

- Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports

- Preparation for Financial Year End closing and audit schedule

- Able to handle yearly Stocktake / Assets Count process

- Liaising with clients’ auditor/tax agent on matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Other duties as assigned by the superior, including field visits and projects-based placements.

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Candidate must be self-motivated, pro-active and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance will be added advantage.

- Computer literate, knowledge of Autocount will be added advantage.
