Accounts Assistant (Open to Fresh Graduate) - Professional Development Opportunities

We are looking Accounts Assistant (Junior/Senior) who is more eye on details.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle billing related job tasks including Invoice, Statement of Account, Credit Note and Debit Note, Check bills, offset payment.
• To keep proper filing & complete documentation.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and prepare payment is required
• To key data in accounting system.
• Prepare journal entry and audit schedule
• Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST possess at least STPM / LCCI/Diploma qualification in accounting.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years working experiences.
• Knowledge in book-keeping and Accounting System is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to execute work according to instruction given.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• MUST willing to work in our HQ at Rawang
