Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full accounting function in AR, AP and various reconciliations
- Assist to handle other general accounting, clerical and administrative tasks
- Manage data entry & updating accounting records
- Process payment voucher and register for online payment
- Ensure the accurate upkeep of documentation, filing of records, and completion of other administrative tasks.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level/ Certificate/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related fields.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting system software
- Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player
- Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work within timeframe
