We are desiring to recruit a creative Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant team at Strata Niaga Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full accounting function in AR, AP and various reconciliations
Assist to handle other general accounting, clerical and administrative tasks
Manage data entry & updating accounting records
Process payment voucher and register for online payment
Ensure the accurate upkeep of documentation, filing of records, and completion of other administrative tasks.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level/ Certificate/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
2 or 3 years of working experience in the related fields.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting system software
Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player
Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work within timeframe
