Accounts Executive

Company Background:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with global presence, looking for Accounts Executive to join their team, based at Taman Perindustrian UEP, Subang Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the processing of account receivable, credit control, accounts payable, expense claim reimbursement, bank reconciliation and general accounting
• Assist in internal control, cost allocation, tax reporting, book closing and group reporting
• Support in financial analysis, forecast and budgeting
• Supporting the HR function
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a fully computerized accounting system environment
• Experience in SAP is a plus, proficiency in MS-excel
• Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
  

Other infos:

• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:30AM to 5:30AM)
• 13-month contractual bonus, Annual Leaves (14 days), Medical Leaves, Outpatient claims provided
• Probation 6 months
