Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. 
• Collaborate and assist the Sales team in preparing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. 
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections. 
• To perform general administrative tasks and any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and proficient in accounting software. 
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
