ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibilities typically include:

1. Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets. This includes entering invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial data.
2. Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable: You'll be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and on time, and following up on overdue payments.
3. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
4. Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial information and support. This could include explaining financial concepts to non-financial colleagues or presenting financial reports to management.
5. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by senior accounting staff or management. This could include data analysis, process improvements, or other initiatives to support the finance function.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field)
2. At least one year working experience. 
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
5. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English, Malay and Chinese language for effective communication.
