What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors on required information.
• Work closely with respective business/operation teams in understanding, analysing, and resolving issues to ensure the accurate amounts are taken up in the books timely.
• Carry out account entries in various ledgers and to ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping
• Work on confirmation and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
• Assist and carry out month-end and year-end close process and activities.
• Assist in and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Assist in audit matters and any other AP/ AR related issues.
• Monitor and prepare necessary schedule for balance sheet and profit/loss accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Work closely with management to achieve Group’s objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
• Participate in other ad hoc projects and any other duties as assigned.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum a Diploma in Finance/Business Studies/Accounting.
• Min 4 years working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate, familiar with SAGE Accounting software is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Preferably can start work immediately.
• Working location: Menara Symphony - Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
• Working day and hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
