Accounts Executive (AR)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To issue Sales Order, file quotation, update customer info and crosscheck with delivery order.
2. To perform billing to customer and email to client attached with SOA.
3. To issue Official receipt and email to client and letter of demand where necessary.
4. To verify stock quantity with variance with periodic stockcount.
5. To update weekly sales order and debtor status and crosscheck on Delivery Order with Invoice issued.
6. Liaise with customer and sales to follow up on collections, invoice or payment issue.
7. Assist in cash management, cash flow reporting, new order, billings and other related analysis.
8. Assist in other financial activities of the companies including preparation of management reports, financial analysis, and quarterly and yearly forecasting and budgeting as well as ad hoc reports.
9. Assist in closing of monthly accounts.
10. Assist in updating project status.
11. To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting / LCCI/ ACCA / CIMA or MACPA qualifications or any other relevant course.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in account receivable and general ledger. 
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
4. Need to adhere timeline given and even sometimes ad-hoc reports which short timeline will be given.
5. Possess good communications and writing skills.
6. Good Microsoft office skill and strong excel capabilities.
7. Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
