Accounts Executive cum Admin - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Role accountabilities

• Daily admin & finance operations

• Preparation of monthly accounting reports and bank reconciliation

• Compute quarterly sales commission and yearly royalty

• To ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent relating to the preparation of final account and tax matters

•Files and maintain all accounting and clerical records and reports related to accounting or book-keeping.

• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and task as assigned by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS excel , accounting software 

• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
