Accounts Executive - Generous Compensation

Job Description: 

1. Attending to the accounting basic bookkeeping and banking matters of the firm.
2. Attending to the e-filling of accounting files. 
3. Handling e-invoicing matters and attending to the data entry for e-invoicing.
4. Updating records of the client’s expenses for reimbursement.
5. Handling Accounts Payable (AP) for office account and client’s account.
6. Handling bank reconciliation for office account and client’s account.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Prior working experience in a legal firm, handling administrative matters, attending to SST, banking and audit processes would be an added advantage.
2. Possessing LCCI or Diploma in Finance and Accounting qualifications would be an advantage.
3. Required language(s): High proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
4. Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft Office products particularly Microsoft Excel.
5. Familiar with sales tax filling & Anti Money Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) matters.
6. Basic accounting bookkeeping and familiar with Excel for internal records.
7. Able to work independently and under stress.
8. Possess strong communication skills. 
9. Meticulous, hardworking and a team player.
