Accounts Executive (Retails Industry)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm

TGP Living Collection Sdn Bhd is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, operating a significant chain of lifestyle and toys accessories stores with outlets in Singapore. We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as we grow our business.

Job Responsibilities 

• Full-set account
• Daily bookkeeping.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Verify and process employee expense claims.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
• Verify and process supplier invoices.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices as needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in financial records and transactions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
