Accounts Executive/ Senior Executive (Eksekutif/ Eksekutif Kanan Akaun)

They now seek a mature and experienced candidate for the role of Accounts Executive/ Senior Executive for their office in Kuala Lumpur.

• Manage the full set of accounts
  


• Liaise with auditors, regulators and other external parties as may be required


• Liaise with customers/ suppliers for payment
  


• Coach/ mentor junior members in the accounting team
  


• Ensure timely, proper, and accurate records of transactions
  


• Prepare status reports  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
  


• Familiar with accounting software
  


• Able to manage full set of accounts
  


• Proficient in MSO tools
  


• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English language
  


• Ability to communicate in the Chinese language is an advantage but not a necessity
  


• Good supervision skills
  


• Able to engage with suppliers and other external parties for payment collection etc

Benefits

• ⁠5 day week from 8.30 to 6pm (full time)
  


• Part-time work may be available for the successful candidate.


• The successful candidate can expect a minimum starting salary of RM5000/ month (full-time) depending on experience
