Accounts Executive - Urgent Hiring

Job Responsibilities

-Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports on timely manner.

-Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and General Ledger including preparation of invoices, journal entries, checking supporting documents, perform bank and intercompany accounts reconciliation. 

-Assist in year-end audit and tax compliance preparation.

-Verification of staff claims and others payment.

-Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems in hardcopy and softcopy.

-Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, bankers, vendors and others.

-Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

-At least Degree in Accountancy, professional qualifications, Diploma, LCCI or equivalent.

-Minimum 1-2 years financial accounting experiences will be an added advantage.

-Good team player and able to work independently under stringent timeline.

-Good analytical skills and result oriented.

-Good communication skills both in written and oral.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting systems.

-This position is based in Menara Boustead, Penang
