Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts
• Perform daily entry of accounting documentation & record keeping.
• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare accounts for audits
• Payroll
• Prepare feasibility study and project cashflow (training provided)
Admin
• Handling general office administration’s task
• Generating Invoices, payment collection, PO, DO & quotations,
• Office maintenance, courier arrangement, telephony, filling, etc.
• Property loan follow up. Sale administration follow up
Secretarial
• Banking
• Manage filing system
• Handle day-today administrative matters.
• Liaison with company secretary etc.
General
• Assist in department sales & marketing effort
• Provide competent inside sales support
• Doing research via internet, magazine, newspaper, etc.
Requirements
• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Training to be provided.
