• Able to handle full set of accounts including account receivables tasks.
• To perform Account Receivable including billing and collection.
• To update the cashbook record.
• Monitor company funds and ensure sufficient funds available to meet payment obligations.
• Manage SST and corporate taxes.
• Liaise with other departments and client on matters related to AR.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and lawyers.
• Other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Hardworking, diligent, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Deltek Vision/ similar ERP system will be an added advantage.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having experience in handling engineering consultancy/ construction accounts will be an added advantage.
• Good Computer Skills especially Microsoft Excel.
• Diploma/ Degree with min 2 years working experience in Account Receivable (partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are encouraged to apply).
• Fresh Graduates with good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are also encouraged to apply.
• Required language : English.
• Office located nearby LRT station.
• Official 5 working days per week with semi flexible working schedule.
• Covered under company group Hospitalization & Surgical and group Personal Accident insurance.
• Public holidays as gazetted by the national and state government.
