Accounts Manager

1. Oversee comprehensive finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the full set of management accounts and maintain adherence to financial standards.  
   
2. Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authorities, and other relevant parties on financial and accounting matters. 
   
3. Execute additional tasks and duties as assigned by superiors when necessary. 
   
4. Review and assess financial performance to identify areas for enhancement, cost optimization, system upgrades, and operational improvements.  
   
5. Oversee key financial functions, including taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, variance assessment, and process improvements. 
   
6. Design, plan, and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement. 
   
7. Handle full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end closing activities, journal entries, and timely submission of financial reports to Management.
   
8. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Management Reports. 
   
9. Supervise and guide the Accounts Department staff. 
   
10. Prior experience with Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes and E-Invoicing implementation is essential. 
    

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience and preferably in Retail Fashion & Accessories Industry.
  
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, Independent, meticulous and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
  
• Must speak and read in Mandarin.
  
• Proficient in accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance will be an added advantage.
  
• Computer literate, knowledge of MYOB will be added advantage.
  
• To attend Company meetings, trainings and other ad-hoc activities.
