Responsibilities:

Lead the overall finance function and the finance team, ensuring full completion of the company’s financial responsibility on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Ensure credibility of the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial results, budgets and financial trends and forecasts.
Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/ requirements.
Provide strategic direction to the Management, providing high level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as whole and direction for both short term and long term financial planning.
Advise the Management on the financial resources and all financial operation of the management.
Preparation of budgets forecast and financial analysis.
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Financing and Accounting related work is required for this position.
Preferable in property development and construction industries.
Candidate for the above-mentioned position must be at least Degree / Diploma in Accounting or partly completed their professional accounting qualification i.e. MIA, CIMA, ACCA or CPA.
Have a good understanding of operating and capital expenditure, revenue, internal controls and budgets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decision based on accurate and timely analyses.

Currently office located at Damansara Utama uptown. Expected to move to Glenmarie, Shah Alam in 4th Quarter of Year 2024.
