Job Description:

MTS Innovation Sdn. Bhd. is a shared services, core business provides IT specializes in complex unified communications, network infrastructure, system integration, data centre, cyber security solutions and call centres which provides services globally.

Job Summary

Assist in day to day accounting functions such as data entry to accounting system and account receivables.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting transaction which include data entry, payment processing, reconciliation and expenses analysis.
• Handle account receivables function.
• Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accounting record.
• Processing online transfer for management approval.
• Prepare payment vouchers/ journal vouchers.
• Liaise and reconcile outstanding with debtor/creditor on overdue accounts payment.
• Review monthly financial report and submit to management.
• Provide support on all financial matters such as accounting analysis, financial reporting, financial planning and advisory services.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues relating to accounting.
• Able to use accounting software and major knowledge about accounting entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial/operating report and reporting requirements.
• Provide and support strong internal controls in all financial area to ensure compliance with appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, secretary, external and internal consultants when the need arise.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year relevant accounting experiences.
• Able to speak and write Mandarin or Cantonese as we need to liaise with Hong Kong counterparts.
