Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
- Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals
- Disburse employee reimbursement and petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation in accordance with the Company Policy
- Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare monthly AP Reconciliation
- Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done
Others
- Assist in audit matters
- Support in Stock Take in South East Asia
- Support in Finance projects
- Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned.
Requirements
- Ideally, possess a Diploma in Accountancy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP will be advantageous
- Experience in Retail or FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Pro-active with positive and resilient mindset
- Meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
