ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER

• Ensure accurate and timely coding of purchases invoices
• Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed and matched
• Liaise with vendor and relevant inter-department personnel to carry out creditors reconciliation
• To update & monitor monthly AP Aging reports
• Ensure all accounts payable transaction is capture correctly in the system before month-end closing
• Maintain proper filing system for all the AP documents to ensure the accessibility
• To be involved with annual audits
• Any ad-hoc task delegated by a superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and Certificate in Accounting;
• Preferably 1 to 2 year relevant working experiences in retail or trading industry
• Experience in Autocount, WPS Office would be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing
• Teamwork, initiative and self-development
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
