We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable (PTP) – Relocation Malaysia KL

In this role, you are required to review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for payment, validate essentials of valid invoice and follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to seek hold invoice as per the AP guideline.

 

Responsibilities

  • Month End Close Activities
  • Review and process invoices all type of invoices and should have knowledge on 2 way,3 way match and 4 way match
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker
  • Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
  • Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.
  • Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
  • Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
  • Provide internal and external support during audit as requested by entity.
  • Generate payment files from ERP 
  • Process of payment in Electronic Banking portal.
  • Month end activities- support in Reconciliations, reporting, analysis, etc.
  • Tracking open items and assistance in resolving open items
  • Regular commination with different stakeholders for old invoices, identify and resolve issues
  • AP ageing and GRII , vendor reconciliation basic knowledge

 

Qualifications We Seek in You:

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting 
  • Minimum with 1–3 years of experience in AP
  • Thai proficient, English basic reading and writing

 

Preferred qualifications 

  • Ability to learn ERP systems.
  • Should possess good oral and written communication skills to communicate with businesses in the required language.
  • Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Exception Resolution, GRIR, Trade and Non-Trade (EDI & Non-EDI). Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • IT skills: ERP (Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
  • Partner Management experience
