- Accounts Payable Assistant – Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Assist with all activities in the accounts payable and ensure the accuracy of capturing invoices.
- Reconciliation (completeness for AP module).
- Lead day-to-day operations issues with the Account Payable module.
- Involve with month-end closing & able to meet the closing deadline.
- To update & monitor monthly AP aging reports.
- Assist in payments & invoices processing to ensure completeness & accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of the budget & forecast.
- To be involved with annual audits.
- Any ad-hoc task delegated by a superior from time to time.
2. Accounts Receivable Assistant – Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Handling Bank Reconciliation for E-commerce collection and petty Cash, day-to-day accounting operations, and daily collection
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the AR Manager.
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Professional Accounting qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experiences
- Preferably Executive specialized in Finance or equivalent
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented and good analytical skills.
- Self-initiated, independent, with organizational skills, and a good team player.
- Willing to take up job challenges and ambitious for career development.
- Candidates who can start work immediately will be advantageous.
