Requirements:
· Knowledge of AR and AP is an advantage
· Intermediate / Advance LCCl
· Computer literate.
· Positive attitude, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Verbal communication skills.
· Required languages Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/ other dialets
· At least 1 year of working experience.
Responsibilities:
· Posting payments received (recording cash, cheques, and GIRO transfers) and general filling
· Maintaining customer payment records, updating receivables and producing weekly reports
· Handling collections, contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
· Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales department, trade promotions, and from customers
· Assist and liaise with sales department
