We are working in close partnership with a Logistics Group who is a pioneer in its field with significant presence globally. Armed with exciting plans to expand and transform their business, they are looking to bring on board dynamic Finance Professionals to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

The new roles:

i. Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable

Reporting to the Manager, you are required to review and monitor timely collection of debts. You will oversee and maintain billing systems, credit control, monitoring bad debts, maintaining clients database and providing reports when requested by supervisors. Ensure that systems and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing will also be part of your role.

Requirements to succeed

You are an Accounting graduate with 4-5 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience in credit control will have a distinct advantage. Ideally, you should be adaptable, meticulous, committed and able to work independently as well as collaborate well with your team members.

ii. Executive, Accounts Receivable

You will be assisting your manager in all month-end closing activities to ensure monthly cash & credit card clearing account on timely manner for AR section. On the role, you are required to prepare bank reconciliation and review monthly Bank Reconciliation prepared by subordinate. You will provide support to the credit and collections and be exposed to ad-hoc and other Finance projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements to succeed

You are a Finance and Accounting graduate with 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields. Digital transformation experience in a fast-growing industry will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be proactive, reliable with strong work ethics.
