We are a hardware wholesale company with many years of experience located in Pulau Pinang and was established in 2015 years for specializing in hardware supplies,household goods,hand tools,sanitary ware,automotive equipment and etc.

Qualifications & experience

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• MS knowledge is a must
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be added advantage
• Able to work independently
• Results-oriented, hardworking, with good communication skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Office Supplies: Managing inventory of office supplies, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Correspondence: Handling phone calls, emails, and mail. Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents and correspondence.
• Documentation: Maintaining and organizing company records, both electronic and physical.
• Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information as needed.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Prepare shipping documents and handle the outgoing shipments
