ADMIN AND PROCUREMENT
A consumer goods company based in Kota Puteri, Rawang is seeking for suitable candidates who are qualified and committed to handle the following job scope:
As Admin:
To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
Undertake basic bookkeeping
Maintaining files and records
To perform general clerical tasks & duties
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation
Responsible for any assigned general job
To perform and complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the deadline
As Procurement:
To enquire and obtain quotation
Responsible on Purchasing Requisition, Quotation Enquiries, issuance of Purchase Order and Invoicing.
To review and seek potential suppliers or materials
To deal with supplier for all relevant issues including product quality, delivery, pricing, etc
To coordinate with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials / equipment / services on time
To perform and complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the deadline
