Responsibilities:
- To support daily operations and its related administrative work
- Assist managing director in documentations on customer’s delivery inquiry
- To prepare sales quotation, invoice and client's agreement.
- Other administration duties such as answering the telephone & redirecting calls, courier service arrangement, office equipment maintenance, clients customer service etc
- All others tasks or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply.
- PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
- Self-motivated, result oriented, resourceful, disciplined and dynamic team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all level.
- Available customer service oriented and positive working attitude.
- An ability to work under limited supervision.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Puncak Jalil,Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
