Admin Assistant

ROLLTI™ is a new vibrant and innovative F&B brand that celebrates the flavours of Malaysian cuisine through our unique Roti Canai wraps with a twist! You will be working under our subsidiary company IWealth Global F&B Sdn Bhd (Rollti). 

• 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative/HR/Business Management.
• Open office at 9am sharp and close office at 6pm from Monday to Friday.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain whole office cleanliness daily.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify trends, stock shortages, or excess inventory.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, reorder points, and item locations.
• Able to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Maintain the general office filing system.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, taking notes and etc.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as and when requested by management
