This role offers the opportunity to develop a diverse skillset in a healthcare environment, contributing to the efficient operation of the physiotherapy clinic and providing a positive experience for patients.Company: PhysioCare Physiotherapy CentreBranch: Kota DamansaraApply now and be a part of us!Responsibilities:-Administrative Support: -Report to management and perform a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.-Manage office supplies, ensuring timely reordering as needed.-Schedule and confirm patient appointments, meetings, and events for therapists or the clinic.-Process Guarantee Letters (GLs), submit daily physiotherapy claims, and compile monthly reports.-Maintain patient confidentiality in all documentation and communication.-Careline and Reception: -Open the clinic in the morning, preparing the reception area to welcome patients.-Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the front entrance and clinic interior.-Conduct daily checks for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to management.-Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.-Handle basic inquiries from patients regarding appointments, services, and insurance.-Patient Care and Communication: -Practice effective communication skills, actively listening to and addressing patient concerns.
