- Flexi work hour (8:30AM/9:30AM - 5:30PM/6:30PM)
- Fresh graduate / Admin exp. candidate all are welcome to apply
- On the job training provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Document preparing and filing
- Data entry, key in customer orders
- To prepare invoice, delivery order, purchase order, credit note, debit note
- To prepare quotation, terms agreement
- To handle delivery arrangement
- To prepare sales report / tele sales report
- To follow up with existing customer on repeat order matters.
Job Requirements
- SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Preferably 1 - 3 years of working experience in admin related field.
- Familiar with computerized system SQL is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Must be willing to work at Bukil Jalil office based.
- 5 working days / week
- Flexi working hour (8:30AM @ 9:30AM - 5:30AM@6:30PM)
