Job Description
- Process and record daily sales transactions.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly sales.
- Processing vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders and send back to HQ for payment arrangement.
- Generate quotations and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
- Responsible for processing petty cash and purchase orders.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to financial and accounting functions as needed.
- Provide support to the operation and finance team in various projects and tasks.
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- SPM and above.
- As training will be provided, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
