Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Assistant - Immediate Start

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Will be working under Management Office Department
  • To assist in all aspect of secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters
  • To assist in the preparing, organizing and facilitating of meetings as assigned by the superior.
  • To prepare travel arrangements, expense report, and all items needed to ensure the management team successful focus on external relation and organizational growth.
  • To plan and coordinate travels, conferences, registrations, preparation of travel agenda and supporting documents.
  • To organise expense claims.
  • To participate, as needed, on executive office projects. 
  • To participate in relevant team discussion and meetings.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time in connection with company secretarial duties.

 

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Secretarial or Business Administration 
  • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, admin assistant, secretary or other similar capacities will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates or individuals with different work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • Good coordination and follow up skills and able to multi task.
  • Positive attitudes and the eagerness for knowledge is a big plus point.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Suite, and ERP system knowledge a plus.

 

**Willing to work at Telok Gong, Port Klang.
