- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manage a designated portfolio of products on order replenishment between supplier/ factory/principal and Yee Lee branches (based on targeted inventory control objective)
- Market/stock planning to ensure accuracy of delivery and order replenishment
- Data analysis of supply, demand and forecast trend on the market versus trade marketing - marketing plan.
- To perform daily branch ordering requisition and purchase order processing.
- Market/stock planning to ensure accuracy of delivery, forecast and order replenishment.
- Work closely with external parties (supplier/principal) to ensure on-time delivery.
- To follow-up & confirm delivery lead time of purchase order and expedite delivery of goods.
- Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from branch purchase order to supplier/principal.
- Manage inventory level versus inventory control objectives (ICO) with support projects and promotions.
- Data analysis on sell out vs replenishment parameters regularly to ensure optimize inventory holding within KPI target.
- Support internal branch & external parties - (supplier/principal) inquiries.
Job Requirement:
- Ability to work under pressure and handle task simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
- Organized & ability to work under fast-paced environment.
- Team Player (Co-ordinate & liaise with Internal & External Stakeholder with strong capability to be hands-on.
- Independently (work with minimal supervision) with a focus on results.
- No work experience required.
- Ordering/Planning or any related field pertaining to purchasing will be an added advantage.
