Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) - Excellent Benefits Package

Job Responsibilities 

1. Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with customers 
2. Work closely with the team and provide the relevant info to customers.
3. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
4. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
5. Prepare shipping documents (like invoices & Delivery Order)
6. Schedule shifts for drivers.
7. Provide information to customers about the status of their delivery
8. Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management

Job Requirements:

1. Basic computer skills
2. Good communication skills
3. Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
