Responsibilities & Authorities
· Responsible for receive, monitor, organize and tracks documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distributions and responses.
· General clerical duties including perform data entry, photocopy, scanning documents and maintain a filing system.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters and etc)
· To perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management.
· Maintaining property files including contract documents, service manuals, master listing for owners / occupants, contractual services, as-built drawings, etc.
· Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.
· Provide administrative support efficiently and independently.
· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a STPM or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of working experience or more will be preferred for this position.
· Able to write clearly, accurately, and professionally on variety of documents, including official letter to Government Authorities Department, business correspondence, or email messages for clients.
· Well-organized and disciplined multi-tasker.
· Optimistic, friendly, helpful, and proactive and take initiative to research issues, learn new things, and solve problems on their own
· Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
· Proficient in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· High level of attention to detail.
· 1 position available at Jalan SS 4C/5, Taman Rasa Sayang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
