We are currently seeking the right candidates to join our offshore team which is based in Malaysia. Currently, there are a couple of roles available:
1) Project Coordinator Assistant
2) Business Development Administration Assistant
Job Highlights
- Young and Energetic team and work in an office located in Jaya One.
- Assist our business development team with document preparation
- Early shift - starts 7am and finish by 3.30pm
- Full time, 5 days work weeks
Job Description - Project Coordinator Assistant
- Handling and liaising with contractors to obtain required documentation
- Folder management and ensuring all files are kept and organized with each project
- Sit in project handover between the procurement team and construction team.
- Liaising with clients for confirmation and clarification on materials and finishes.
- Preparing and Issuing notices to clients and contractors.
- Requesting quotes from suppliers and contractors.
- Crosschecking order takeoffs before ordering using Cubit software (training will be provided.)
- Assist site managers with material orders via phone or email as required
- Applying for occupancy permits and obtaining certificates from contractors.
- Applying for subdivisions and booking in required inspections with the local authority (council).
Job Description - Business Development Administration Assistant
- authority document preparation
- Following up with external agents for outstanding documents in relation to management changeover.
- Data entry into the property management system
- Enrolment to compliance companies
- Enrolment to insurance companies
- Preparing rental appraisal letter
- Prepare leads to report for management meeting
Job Requirement:
- Required language(s): English
- Multi-lingual would be an added advantage

- STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
