Key Accountabilities:
- To assist the Manager in the establishment, enhancement and implementation assuring smooth daily operations.
- Ensure to assist and maintain minimize and control of fraud that cause a huge impact on the Company.
- Consistent timeliness of successful implementation of initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- To work closely with a team member to ensure policies are followed according to management requirement.
- Evaluate findings from Fulfillment Team before taking the required action.
- Constantly monitor activations and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent.
- Observe transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account takeover, suspicious naughty listing, and any similar other risks.
- Consistently maintain fraud analysis findings report to Management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of minimization of fraud/risks.
- Consistently immediately raise Fraud/Non - Compliance findings that are against Company policies to Manager.
- Assisting the Manager to design and implement fraud prevention strategies and processes necessary for minimizing the risk of illegal financial contrivances within an organization.
- To compile findings and issue them to Management to produce as evidence and information for further action to the Fraud/Non-Compliance case.
- Assisting the Manager to fulfill their role of providing analysis records, accounts, and various other business data to identify any irregularities that impact the Company's finances or risk.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during the investigation and upon fulfillment verification.
- Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns.
- Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities and recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns and trends to Manager.
- Generate suspicious activity reports and risk management reports for Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in a related field.
- Have a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to meet and exceed tight dateline.
- Superb computer competence, including database management
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
