Qualification / Education Requirement:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent in any fields.
Experience / Skill Required:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
- Renewal of authorities’ license (example Department of Environment, MBMB, PDA) and keep track on list of licenses.
- Renewal of foreign worker permits (including FOMEMA) and update of list of foreign worker permits.
- Administration works example maintaining tenancy agreement, correspondence, purchase order and vehicle's tracking.
- Corresponding with Company Secretary.
- Evaluate new supplier & update in approved supplier list.
- Carry out incoming material inspection.
- Responsible for documentation of machineries & vehicles maintenance and calibration.
- Perform any task and work requirements as and when required
