- Performing administrative duties such as answering the phone, Make follow up calls, handles service appointments and providing basic information.
- Manage administrative and coordination support to the sales/service team.
- Partake in developing operational policies and procedures.
- Efficiently assess and resolve customer’s enquiries received by phone, e-mail, transferring issues to other functions where appropriate, ensuring robust follow-up & closure where necessary.
- Provide seamless front desk support.
- Plan and organized internal administration of the company.
- Prepare budget plan or financial report.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, order confirmations and others to suppliers and customers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Support continuous improvement projects under GWM HQ.
- Act as escalation point for all client’s queries & feedback.
- Facilitate query resolution relating to vehicle orders.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.
- Manage transactions with customers using cash or credit.
- Oversee payment submissions and collections.
- Performs any other duties that may be delegated from Manager from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Professional Cert and Diploma OR equivalent related experience.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive would be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Must possess a valid driving license (Class D)
- Previous experience in sales admiration or similar role
- Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
